Privacy Policy
EnrichPro is committed to handling your information responsibly. This Privacy Policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding your data.
This policy applies to information collected through the EnrichPro platform at enrichpro.net. It does not govern how you use the data you receive from us — your use of enriched contact data is subject to our Terms of Service and applicable law.
1. Information We Collect
Account Information. When you create an account, we collect your name and email address through Clerk, our authentication provider. We may also collect a profile photo if you sign in via a social provider.
Query & Usage Data. We log the address lists you submit for enrichment, job metadata (record counts, match rates, timestamps), feature flags used (email verify, DNC check), and pages visited within the app. This data is used to provide the Service and improve match quality.
Payment Information. Payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. We do not store full credit card numbers or payment credentials on our servers. We receive and store payment confirmation, subscription status, and billing history from Stripe.
Technical & Log Data. Our servers automatically collect IP addresses, browser type, operating system, referring URLs, and request timestamps for security monitoring and operational purposes.
2. How We Use Your Information
- To create and manage your account
- To process payments and maintain billing records
- To run property owner lookups and return enriched data
- To send transactional emails (billing receipts, service alerts)
- To detect fraud, abuse, and unauthorized access
- To analyze usage patterns and improve the Service
- To comply with legal obligations
We do not use your data to train AI or machine learning models. We do not send marketing emails without your consent.
3. Third-Party Services
EnrichPro relies on the following third-party services to operate. Each handles your data under its own privacy policy:

4. Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We do not share your personal data with third parties except:
- With the service providers listed above, as necessary to operate the Service
- When required by law, court order, or government authority
- To protect the rights, property, or safety of EnrichPro, our users, or the public
- In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of all or substantially all of our assets (with advance notice to you)
5. Data Retention
Account & billing data is retained for 7 years from account closure to meet tax and legal obligations.
Query logs (address lists you submitted and enriched output metadata) are retained for 90 days, then permanently deleted from our servers. We do not retain the enriched contact data you download — that lives on your own systems.
Server logs are retained for 30 days for security purposes.
6. Security
EnrichPro uses industry-standard safeguards including TLS/HTTPS encryption in transit, access controls, and server-side security hardening on our DigitalOcean infrastructure. Sensitive credentials (API keys, secret keys) are stored as environment variables, never in source code.
No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure. While we work hard to protect your information, we cannot guarantee absolute security.
7. Your Rights
You may contact us at any time to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you
- Correct inaccurate information
- Delete your account and associated personal data (subject to retention requirements above)
- Export your billing history
To submit a request, email hello@realsumtech.com with "Privacy Request" in the subject line. We will respond within 30 days.
8. Children's Privacy
EnrichPro is a business-to-business service and is not directed at anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If you believe a minor has created an account, please contact us so we can delete it.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. We will notify you of material changes by email or by a prominent notice within the Service at least 14 days before the change takes effect. Your continued use of the Service after that date constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
