Terms of Service

Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using EnrichPro. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Who We Are

EnrichPro ("we," "us," or "the Service") is a property owner contact data enrichment platform operated from Texas. We match address lists against public property records to return owner names, phone numbers, mailing addresses, and email contacts for properties in the Dallas-Fort Worth metro area.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and using the Service for lawful business purposes to create an account. By registering, you represent that this is the case. The Service is intended for businesses, not consumers seeking information about themselves.

3. Permitted Uses

EnrichPro data may be used for legitimate business purposes including:

Generating and enriching sales leads for home service businesses
Direct mail, phone outreach, and email marketing to property owners
Market research and property analysis
CRM enrichment for your existing customer or prospect lists

4. Prohibited Uses

You may not use the Service to:

Harass, stalk, threaten, or harm any individual
Discriminate against individuals based on any protected characteristic
Facilitate identity theft, fraud, or any criminal activity
Resell, license, or redistribute raw enriched data as a data product to third parties without our written consent
Scrape, reverse-engineer, or attempt to extract our underlying database
Violate any applicable federal, state, or local law

5. Your Compliance Responsibility

    You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of EnrichPro data complies with all applicable laws, including but not limited to the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), the National Do Not Call Registry rules, the CAN-SPAM Act, and Texas Business & Commerce Code. EnrichPro's DNC flag feature is provided as a convenience and does not constitute legal advice or guarantee compliance. You must maintain your own compliance program.
  

6. Account & Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when registering and to keep it updated.

7. Payment Terms

Subscriptions. Monthly subscription plans auto-renew until cancelled. You may cancel at any time through the billing portal; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period with no prorated refunds for partial months.

Wallet (Pay-As-You-Go). Wallet top-ups are prepaid and non-refundable. Unused wallet balance does not expire and carries forward indefinitely.

Price Changes. We may change subscription pricing with 30 days' advance notice. Continued use of the Service after the new pricing takes effect constitutes your acceptance.

Disputes. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us within 30 days of the charge at hello@realsumtech.com.

8. Data Accuracy Disclaimer

EnrichPro data is aggregated from public county appraisal district records and other lawful sources. We make no warranty, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, completeness, currency, or fitness for a particular purpose of any data returned by the Service. Property ownership, phone numbers, and email addresses change frequently. You should independently verify contact information before relying on it for any material purpose.

9. Intellectual Property

The EnrichPro platform, software, and branding are owned by EnrichPro and its licensors. You retain ownership of address lists and CSV files you upload. Enriched output data may be used for your business purposes subject to these Terms.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ENRICHPRO AND ITS OPERATORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES OF ANY KIND ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE OR DATA OBTAINED THROUGH IT, WHETHER BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, TORT, OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY.

OUR TOTAL CUMULATIVE LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY AND ALL CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE TOTAL AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE THIRTY (30) DAYS IMMEDIATELY PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

11. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless EnrichPro and its operators from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from or related to: (a) your use of the Service; (b) your violation of these Terms; or (c) your violation of any applicable law or the rights of any third party.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion. You may close your account at any time through the billing portal or by contacting us. Upon termination, your access to the Service ends immediately. Wallet balances are forfeited upon termination for cause.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will provide notice of material changes by email or by a prominent notice within the Service. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

14. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of laws provisions. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Dallas County, Texas, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.
